How long does integration actually take?

Most fleets are live in under 48 hours. We ship native connectors for 42 telematics and ELD providers — including Geotab, Samsara, Verizon Connect, and Lytx — and the integration team runs the cutover alongside your IT. Larger multi-region rollouts (500+ vehicles, custom TMS bridges) typically complete in two to four weeks, phased.

Where does our data live, and is EU residency available?

Yes. We operate dual regions — primary in Chicago, with full EU data residency in Frankfurt and Dublin for GDPR-sensitive workloads. Routing decisions, telematics payloads, and dispatch history stay in the region you choose. ISO 27001 certified since 2022, SOC 2 Type II renewed annually.

What does enterprise pricing actually look like?

Pricing is per-active-vehicle, tiered by region, features, and integration count. We do not publish absolute dollar figures because fleet contracts vary widely in scope — a 200-vehicle regional carrier and a 10,000-vehicle multi-country operator are not the same conversation. Expect a written quote within five business days of the demo.

We are running paper logs and a brittle spreadsheet. Is migration realistic?

It is the most common starting point we see. Our onboarding team handles CSV imports, historical stop cleanup, and driver-by-driver telematics rollouts.
