Magellan RoadMate 6000T is the first in the series to feature an integrated receiver for LIVE traffic incident reports AND Bluetooth wireless technology for making hands-free phone calls with your Bluetooth-enabled phone. The built-in speakers and microphone make it easy to answer incoming calls.
Get turn-by-turn directions to virtually any destination as you drive. Simple touch-screen menus let you enter an address or select from over six million points of interest. Standard or "bird-eye" 3D view give you a clear perspective of your surroundings. Points of interest icons show nearby gas stations, restaurants, historical monuments, shopping centers and more. Just touch an icon to see detailed information, including phone numbers, and get an instant route. Save personal points of interest in the Address Book and get an instant route any time, from wherever you happen to be.
Advanced navigation features include SmartDetourTM for automatic re-routing around sudden slow freeway traffic. SayWhereTM text-to-speech announces the street names with every direction so you don't have to look at the screen as you drive. Multi-Destination Routing and Route Optimization let you plan a trip with up to twenty stops and instantly see the quickest way between them with.
Plus, the built-in music player, picture viewer and rechargeable battery enable you to enjoy entertainment en-route to your destination, even when you don't have access to power.
