Our company offers our ability to support the GPS products after the sale. Along with our professional knowledgeable staff to assist you with any questions you may have with your navigation system once you start using it.

When a popular GPS or accessory is back order and you need one, our existing customers that have a history with Auto Nav will receive priority service over new customers. We like to take care of our customers by offering this priority service for hard to find or back order GPS unit or accessories when possible. We also offer as an option at an additional cost a special GPS warranty PLUS program which allows customers to simply contact Auto Nav directly instead of dealing with factory for technical support questions, warranty repairs and processing shipping to manufactures for warranties. We even offer a GPS loaner unit while your GPS unit is being service or repaired by the factory so you will not need to go without one. This service is only available from Auto Nav 2000 Plus, Inc.

In addition, when you purchase a GPS unit from Auto Nav 2000 Plus, Inc. You will receive these services: 

  • Registration of your new unit to your name with Manufacture if you wish and ask us to do so. You must request this registration service in writing.
  • Provide firmware updates service free when available from manufactures.
  • Provide Map update service to our customers when available.(Map update software must be acquired from GPS manufactures at an additional cost.
  • Basic training on how to set up, use and activate the GPS system.
  • Input our Auto Nav 2000 Plus, Inc. name and address so if you have a question, You can call us for answers instead of factory customer service.
  • We can bench test your GPS unit to confirm failures if needed for service.
  • We are able to perform minor repairs on your GPS unit if needed
  • You save money by allowing our company to repair your unit if needed, our service is normally faster than factory and you may save on shipping cost.
  • We provide On going technical phone support / advise and for 3 months
  • We have the ability to offer onsite service and onsite installation at your desire location in Northern California for an additional charge.

These services are available and provided for Auto Nav customers that purchase a GPS system at retail price.
